At Rustic Paws Retreat & Spa, we understand that life happens! Our policies are designed to respect your time and ours while providing the best care to all our furry clients.
Grooming Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply
Daycare & Boarding (Coming Soon)

A non-refundable deposit may be required at booking

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged

Cancellations made within 48 hours of drop-off may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services already completed
